I get up at five thirty in the morning I get ready at seven entered the school breakfast rarely and at school sometimes and usually pure junk food. I leave at three in the afternoon arrival at the house and about four in the afternoon. sometimes I get to eat later that sometimes I leave school later if I'm doing homework. usually I've done two meals a day and if I have time ago me space to go to the gym at night.

HW TUESDAY 23
my first meal of the day is lunch and after dinner, I almost never breakfast m not enough time to schedule that entered school at 7 am
I almost never eat oatmeal or cream.
meat and two to three times a week and sometimes up to two servings a day, and seafood from time to time.
lactios I eat the day: milk, cheese and butter.
Fruits and vegetables: fruits as well sauteed the sometimes one or two every two weeks and vegetables are as two to three times a week.
legumes: I like green beans, peanuts, and walnuts.
grains: to eat tortillas and bread daily.
junk food: eat chips, cookies and soda every day or sometimes two to three times a week

I cope quite well with the class and enable it to dig the semester to be timely and in compliance with all class work being in a good atmosphere with fellow.

My expectations are the English is able to deal well and speak it well, also practise it more. I want that the class to enterteining and dynamic, and that the environment is of confidence and respect.
